Who we are 

The Lodge Trust provides a safe and stimulating living environment, supporting our residents in their home, work, recreational and spiritual lives. All members of our staff team are highly trained and well supported by managers and senior staff. All staff regularly undergo supervisions, performance reviews and annual appraisals.

The Lodge Trust team comprises 70 staff members including full-time, part-time, bank staff and volunteers. The Lodge Trust is a Disability Confident Committed employer.
